Ingredients:
- ecoBrown’s Sella Cream
- Spring Onion
- 40g Dark Soy Sauce
- 20g Sesame oil
- 40g First Extract Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Rock sugar
- Roast Chicken
- 100g Chinese Chicken Liver Sausages(润肠)
- 100g Chinese Chicken Sausages (腊肠)
- Waxed duck thigh (腊鸭腿)
- Pak Choy
Steps:
- Put all the waxed meats into boiling water, and fry over low heat until fragrant.
- Cut the Chinese sausages and waxed meats into thin slices.
- Add the seasonings to ecoBrown's Sella Cream and mix well
- Add in all the waxed meats and reheat the rice cooker again.
