Chinese Waxed Meat Rice  

Ingredients:

  • ecoBrown’s Sella Cream
  • Spring Onion
  • 40g Dark Soy Sauce
  • 20g Sesame oil
  • 40g First Extract Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Rock sugar
  • Roast Chicken
  • 100g Chinese Chicken Liver Sausages(润肠)
  • 100g Chinese Chicken Sausages (腊肠)
  • Waxed duck thigh (腊鸭腿)
  • Pak Choy

 

Steps:

  1. Put all the waxed meats into boiling water, and fry over low heat until fragrant.
  2. Cut the Chinese sausages and waxed meats into thin slices.
  3. Add the seasonings to ecoBrown's Sella Cream and mix well
  4. Add in all the waxed meats and reheat the rice cooker again.
