Shipping, Refund and Return Policy
- Our offer is valid for delivery within Malaysia only.
- Your order will be dispatched within 3 working days after your payment is confirmed.
- A courier service's tracking number will be sent to you via email once order is couriered out.
- You are required to acknowledge the receipt of shipment upon delivery. Hence, delivery to P.O. Box address is strictly prohibited.
- Redirecting your order is strictly prohibited.
- An attempted delivery card will be placed at your doorstep if the parcel delivered to the address provided by you is not collected.
- Please email us at email@example.com or phone 1800-88-7423 within 3-5 working days of the order date if you have not received the product.
- Failure or refusal to collect the parcel will result in you bearing all the relevant costs incurred by Serba Wangi Sdn Bhd.
Your order will be delivered via appointed courier company.

Order Resend / Return to sender:
If there is an error in the shipping address or contact number that causes the order to be returned to sender, there will be a charge to resend the order. Please review your shipping details carefully before submitting your order.

Refund / Exchange Policy:
- In the case whereby ecoBrown’s is unable to make a delivery, a refund will be issued.
- We will accept product exchange upon 15 days from the date of purchase if the product you received product from us is damaged.
