Vegetarian Brown Rice Dumplings

Ingredients:

(Soak these ingredients overnight)

Ingredients:

(Prepare the filling)

  • 3 shallots (sliced)
  • Yam (Diced & Fried )
  • 200g Fresh Button Mushrooms (sliced)
  • Cooking Oil
  • White Pepper
  • Salt
  • Soy Sauce
  • Vegetarian oyster sauce
  • Dark Sweet Soy Sauce
  • 1 Ball Natural- Fiber String

Steps:

  1. Add cooking oil, add in shallots
  2. Add in ecoBrown’s Steam Brown Rice
  3. Add in soy sauce
  4. Add in dark sweet soy sauce
  5. Add in vegetarian oyster sauce
  6. Add in salt
  7. Saute until slightly sticky, let it cool
  8. Add cooking oil and shallots
  9. Add in yam
  10. Add in button mushrooms
  11. Add in chestnuts
  12. Add in soy sauce
  13. Add in dark sweet soy sauce
  14. Salt & some white pepper
  15. Stir fry until well incorporated
  16. Take 2 bamboo leaves and form a cone shape
  17. Fill in the rice
  18. Add in mushrooms, chestnuts & yam
  19. Fold & form into triangle shape
  20. Tie it with natural- fibre strings
  21. Put the dumplings in simmer at low heat for 2 hours and 30 minutes
