(Soak these ingredients overnight)
- 300g ecoBrown’s Steam Rice
- 16 pcs Dried Bamboo Leaves
- 9 pieces Shiitake Mushrooms
- Dried Chesnutt
Ingredients:
(Prepare the filling)
- 3 shallots (sliced)
- Yam (Diced & Fried )
- 200g Fresh Button Mushrooms (sliced)
- Cooking Oil
- White Pepper
- Salt
- Soy Sauce
- Vegetarian oyster sauce
- Dark Sweet Soy Sauce
- 1 Ball Natural- Fiber String
Steps:
- Add cooking oil, add in shallots
- Add in ecoBrown’s Steam Brown Rice
- Add in soy sauce
- Add in dark sweet soy sauce
- Add in vegetarian oyster sauce
- Add in salt
- Saute until slightly sticky, let it cool
- Add cooking oil and shallots
- Add in yam
- Add in button mushrooms
- Add in chestnuts
- Add in soy sauce
- Add in dark sweet soy sauce
- Salt & some white pepper
- Stir fry until well incorporated
- Take 2 bamboo leaves and form a cone shape
- Fill in the rice
- Add in mushrooms, chestnuts & yam
- Fold & form into triangle shape
- Tie it with natural- fibre strings
- Put the dumplings in simmer at low heat for 2 hours and 30 minutes
