1. Our offer is valid for delivery within Malaysia only.
2. Your order will be dispatched within 3 working days after your payment is confirmed.
3. A courier service's tracking number will be sent to you via email once order is couriered out.
4. You are required to acknowledge the receipt of shipment upon delivery. Hence, delivery to P.O. Box address is strictly prohibited.
5. Redirecting your order is strictly prohibited.
6. An attempted delivery card will be placed at your doorstep if the parcel delivered to the address provided by you is not collected.

8. Failure or refusal to collect the parcel will result in you bearing all the relevant costs incurred by Serba Wangi Sdn Bhd.
